Authentic Support
I value authenticity and warmth. My presence in therapy will always be compassionate, as I show up simply as one human supporting another human.
Individualized Treatment Plans
I approach each individual with curiosity and positive regard. We are all unique, and I honour this uniqueness while collaboratively setting treatment plans.
Experienced Guidance
I practice cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), one of the most researched therapies with proven positive results. I integrate compassion-focused therapy (CFT) into CBT, as evidence has shown that self-compassion creates positive changes in the brain, physical and psychological well-being, and social satisfaction.
Timely Progress
We will work together every step of the way, including setting the pace of therapy. However, my goal is to teach you to be your own therapist and to take the learning from our sessions with you throughout your life’s journey.
