Hi, I’m Wendy. I help adults in Ontario navigate life’s challenges through virtual psychotherapy. I know that everyone’s journey is different, which is why I provide care that is thoughtful, tailored, and empowering. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

Authentic Support
I value authenticity and warmth. My presence in therapy will always be compassionate as I simply show up as one human supporting another human.
Individualized Treatment Plans
I approach each individual with interest and positive regard. We are all unique, and I honour this uniqueness while collaboratively setting treatment plans.
Culturally Responsive Care
I honour the diverse identities, traditions, and histories each person carries. My practice is inclusive and grounded in cultural humility, respecting the values, beliefs, and lived experiences that shape you. Together, we create a therapeutic space where all aspects of your background are welcomed, understood, and valued.
Experienced Guidance
I practice cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), one of the most researched therapies with proven positive results. I integrate compassion-focused therapy (CFT), which fosters self-compassion and supports brain, emotional, and social well-being, and Brainspotting, a body- and eye-focused method that helps process deep-seated emotions and resolve trauma.
Timely Progress
We will work together every step of the way, including setting the pace of therapy. However, my goal is to teach you to be your own therapist and to take the learning from our sessions with you throughout your life’s journey.
